How to make a sleek un-jagged lineart?

Does anybody here know how to make a good lineart?
I mean, when I draw using my wacom bamboo. I couldnt make a good lineart
for my manga because am having a hard time making
a good line art.

Its not too fine and soft like the other mangas I see.
Is there a secret to it?
anyone?

am using PS CS3 and Wacom bamboo pen and touch...
